Field Trip and Happy Feet!

Yesterday was a tough great day! We had a field trip to watch the play The Frog Prince and then we came back to school to calmly eat lunch and then watch Happy Feet to culminate our Penguin unit. The kids loved it! We had so much fun learning about penguins. I am posting some pictures of their writing and an addition activity that we got from Erica Bohrer's First Grade blog: Penguin Addition activity. Have a great weekend!
